Scraps
This little quilt was made out of floor scraps I got when attending a guild sewing day. One of my fellow quilters was making a number of snowball blocks. In the process, triangle bits of fabric are chopped off. I was the lucky recipient and turned them into hourglass units for my quilt. I designed the center wreath and appliqued it in wool. It measures about 12" square and hangs out in our family room. It is amazing what those little bits can be turned in to!
